Recognising a possible pattern
Materials, adhesives, rubber, dyes and cosmetic products may be relevant. Irritant or allergic reactions and vitiligo can look similar or coexist.
Act systematically
Document the suspected substance and discuss it with dermatology and, where relevant, occupational health before making broad changes.
