A short explanation may help: vitiligo is a non-contagious pigmentary condition. No one is required to disclose private medical information.
Self-image and support
Avoidance, anxiety, persistent low mood, bullying or sleep problems deserve attention. Psychological support can complement dermatological care.
Camouflage – an option, not an obligation
High-coverage camouflage can temporarily even out colour differences for daily life, sport or special occasions. Not using it is an equally valid decision.
